Amygdala Studio
Professional sound. Human feeling.
Mixing, mastering and scoring focused on emotion, depth and translation. Built to make the final record feel bigger, clearer and more intentional.
Why artists choose Amygdala
Emotion first. Professional finish second.
Every project starts with the emotion behind the song. Technical decisions come second. The goal is not just a louder record, but a record that feels deeper, wider and more alive.

Why Amygdala
Built for artists who care about feeling.
Technical quality matters. But the purpose of a mix is to amplify emotion — not replace it.
Artist-first process
Every decision serves the song, not a template. The goal is to strengthen what already makes the record unique.
Emotional understanding of music
A mix is remembered for how it feels. Technical choices are made to support emotion, tension and release.
Hybrid analog + digital chain
Modern precision combined with analog depth, warmth and dimensionality where it truly matters.
Revisions until it feels right
The process continues until the record communicates exactly what it is supposed to communicate.
Direct human communication
No middlemen, no ticket systems. Every project is discussed directly with the person creating it.
Respect for artistic vision
The objective is not to make every record sound the same. It is to help each one become the best version of itself.
About the studio
Music shaped by emotion, not formulas.
Amygdala Studio is an independent music production and scoring studio founded by composer, producer and mix engineer Waldemar Zieliński, based in Iceland.
The studio focuses on emotional storytelling through music — from cinematic scoring and ambient worlds to mixing and mastering records that preserve the feeling behind the original idea.
Rather than relying on templates and repetitive workflows, every project is approached individually, with attention to atmosphere, identity and emotional impact.
Whether it is a single song, an album, a game soundtrack or a film scene, the goal remains the same: Create sound that feels alive.

The Amygdala approach
Every technical decision should serve the story inside the music.
Loudness matters, but emotion, atmosphere and identity matter more.
About Waldemar
The person behind Amygdala.
Waldemar Zieliński is a composer, producer and audio engineer based in Iceland.
Working under the name Amygdala, he creates music that blends cinematic orchestration, ambient textures and modern electronic production.
His work is driven by atmosphere, memory, isolation, wonder and emotional transformation — themes that appear in both his original releases and commissioned projects.
Alongside music production, Waldemar develops original scoring concepts for games and visual media, and is currently composing music for the upcoming fantasy tactic RPG game Ebonrade.
